• 1500 - 2999 Sq Ft • Minimum of 25 photos* • Taken with a Full Frame Sensor • HDR (High Dynamic Range) for balanced exposed images. • Advanced post-production processing included. • Both large and small images for both marketing and MLS uploads. Delivered in JPEG format. * Due to size of home and floorplan layout, photo delivery can vary. I strive to take as many photos as it takes to capture all property details. In almost every case, you get more than the minimum amount stated.
Cancelations
Cancellations that were scheduled more than two days in advance will need to be canceled at least one day (24 hours) before a scheduled shoot. Other than an act of god (i.e. weather, disaster, etc.) Otherwise, same day cancelation charge is $50 fee. This also includes inaccessible property after scheduled arrival or property unable to be shot due to other reasons. If you need to reschedule, please let me know before the scheduled shoot day.
