Service Description

Unlike photography, no additional light source is used when filming video. The camera will enhance natural light sources. Lighting conditions throughout the home WILL vary, therefore, scenes will appear darker or lighter from room to room. This is normal and is looked at as is a true representation of the home. However, there are instances where the lighting conditions are inadequate and discretion will be made whether to include that area in the final film. Therefore, it is imperative that all lights be functioning and burnt bulbs replaced before filming. I highly recommend that video shoots be scheduled mid-day and like photography, that all windows be completely unobstructed.
Cancelations
Cancellations that were scheduled more than two days in advance will need to be canceled at least one day (24 hours) before a scheduled shoot. Other than an act of god (i.e. weather, disaster, etc.) Otherwise, same day cancelation charge is $50 fee. This also includes inaccessible property after scheduled arrival or property unable to be shot due to other reasons. If you need to reschedule, please let me know before the scheduled shoot day.
